General Questions and Feedback
If you have a question about how our comparisons work, how we calculate the net amount a recipient receives, or anything else about using RemitMeter, we're glad to hear from you. We read every message we receive, though we're a small team and can't guarantee a personal response to each one.
Corrections and Data Accuracy
Provider fees, exchange rates, and markup percentages change frequently, and we work to keep the figures on RemitMeter current. If you notice something on the site that looks outdated or incorrect, please tell us which page it's on and what you believe the correct information should be. We review correction requests and update our comparisons when we can confirm the change.
Partnership and Business Inquiries
If you represent a money transfer provider or another business and would like to discuss a partnership, listing, or other business matter, please get in touch and include your company name and the nature of your inquiry. This helps us route your message appropriately and respond with the right information.
What to Expect When You Contact Us
We aim to respond within a few business days. Messages that require research, such as a correction to a specific corridor or provider's figures, may take a little longer while we verify the details. We don't currently offer live chat or phone support.
This Is Not a Substitute for Contacting Your Provider
RemitMeter is an independent, informational site. We compare publicly available information about transfer providers, but we do not send money, hold funds, or act on behalf of any provider, and we have no access to your account or transfer details. If you have a transfer in progress, a question about a specific payment, or a problem with your account, please contact the provider you used directly through their own customer support channels. They are the only ones who can look into your specific transaction.
Before You Reach Out
Many common questions about fees, exchange rates, and how providers compare are already covered on our calculator and comparison pages. Checking there first may get you an answer faster than waiting for a reply, and it helps us spend more time on corrections and questions that aren't already addressed on the site.
